QuickBooks tip: Use 'customer type' field for better tracking and reporting

It’s little used, but very powerful within QuickBooks. It’s the “customer type” field. This often overlooked field can add a whole new dimension to your QuickBooks customer data, according to QuickBooks expert Scott Greogry.

You can populate this field with selections that make sense for your business, rather than just accepting the default selections QuickBooks provides.
