Fees

Fees are added for each employee and are charged per month for QuickBooks Online Payroll. The fees vary depending on the version of QuickBooks Payroll used. Contact Peak Advisers at (303) 801-4772 for more details.

If you do payroll in multiple states, a multi-state fee of $12 per state is added for each additional state. There is no multi-state fee if your payroll is done in only one state. The multi-state fee applies to QuickBooks Online Core and QuickBooks Online Premium payroll products.
