BRUCE PETERKA - PARTNER
Bruce has led an extensive career as a business owner and CFO consultant. His hands-on business experience, which includes a Fortune 100 company, encompasses finance, HR, logistics, IT, sales, and marketing.
As his focus shifted to outsource CFO consulting, Bruce found that many small and mid-sized companies lacked adequate financial oversight and strategic planning.
Thus, he developed a unique synergistic service model, which offers broad, multidiscipline CFO-level guidance coupled with in-depth application of QuickBooks tools and application. He has over 28,000 hours of experience in Intuit products and services.
"QuickBooks is incredibly powerful, with planning and tracking capabilities most people don't even know about. I became an expert in QuickBooks — spent more than six-thousand hours of time in the system — so I could provide my clients a custom financial system which rivals those used by larger companies," he said.
He’s a graduate of Intuit University and holds certifications in multiple desktop products, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks POS and QuickBooks Time.
Bruce earned his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of North Dakota.
Bruce and his wife Barbara travel full-time in their executive RV, wintering in Naples, FL and enjoy sailing, travel, fine dining and motorcycle touring.
MICHAEL WALLACE, CPA - PARTNER
Michael served as CFO for Alternative Data Technology, Inc. which was acquired by Arrow Electronics in 2006 and merged into Arrow Electronics in 2009. He enabled revenue growth from $62 million to $840 million (revenue CAGR 33%) in technology distribution. He also built and managed six teams, including accounting, credit, HR, IT, warehousing, and purchasing.
He was retained after the 2006 acquisition of ADT by Arrow Electronics and ultimately managed the 2009 merger of ADT with Arrow.
Later as owner of his own consulting company, Michael led strategic growth and profitability for micro, small and medium-sized businesses by providing temporary CFO services, strategy and business plan development, change management, business intelligence, quantitative analytics and SOAR Corporate Diagnostics.
Throughout his career, Michael has proven effectiveness in financial control and establishing best-practice corporate accounting policies, linking business strategy to business operations, leading cultural and process change, and directing projects from concept to completion.
He is determined, tenacious and creative. An effective business and team builder, Michael is able to deliver results by inspiring trust, motivating key stakeholders, and leading change.
He earned his MBA in Finance from Regis University and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Michael serves on the board of directors for the Stonebury Homeowners Association in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and supports World Vision, the Roman Catholic Church, St. Mary’s Academy, St. Thomas More Parish and True the Vote.
CATHERINE BOYER - CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Catherine started with Intuit in 2021 as Sr. Partner Development Manager in the QSP program managing partners. Prior to joining Intuit, she worked for SAP Concur as Partner Business Manager in the SAP Concur Solution Provider Program managing the top 10 partners in the program. One of the mottos at Intuit is #better together and that is something that she takes personally.
